The Voraxial® 4000 Separator
conducting
produced water separation on an offshore oil rig
The Voraxial® 8000 Separator conducting oil / water separation at 5000 GPM
The Voraxial® 2000 Separator performing oil water separationfrom the creation of a centrifugal force
The Voraxial® 2000 Skid performing Produced Water Separation

The Case Studies listed above summarize the results of the Voraxial® Separators for different applications. These include bulk oil separation to improve the existing system’s discharge water quality and a complete turnkey separation skid designed specifically to meet customers discharge requirements.
Data from a recent project is below. In addition to the excellent separation performance, the Voraxial® Skid also demonstrated that the performance was not affected by changes in flow (over a range from 26GPM–44 GPM - approximately 2 to 1 ratio) or influent concentrations (over a range of 1200ppm-17200ppm - approximately 17 to 1). No modifications were made to the Voraxial® during variations in flow rate or inlet concentration. Inlet pressure was approximately 5psig.
