June, 2014. In acknowledgement of its novel, innovative water technology, Enviro Voraxial has been awarded the Innovation Tracker Badge by BlueTech® Research. Recognition for this award highlights the advanced nature of Enviro Voraxial within the water industry, and registers the company within the BlueTech Research Innovation Tracker.
Comprising over 500 companies, the BlueTech Research Innovation Tracker provides a live, online tool to track the most important innovative, disruptive technology companies in the industry. Innovation Tracker companies are hand-selected based on a number of criteria, including the BlueTech Research “Disrupt-o-Meter”, which measures the technology’s disruptive potential within the water market. The Innovation Tracker maps key companies and technologies within the water sector, providing users with the ability to filter through companies and gather comprehensive data on each technology.
Enviro Voraxial Technology, based in Florida, USA, has been chosen as a finalist in two new and separate regions established by the Oil & Gas Awards organisation, West Coast and Mid-Continent, as the Manufacturer of the Year for 2013. The Oil & Gas Awards recognise the achievements made within the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
The Voraxial offers the oil and gas industry many engineering benefits including high quality separation with an ease of installation and operation, and economical benefits, specifically cost savings from the acquisition, installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment.

When it comes to fracking, one of the main issues that plagues the industry is the amount of water required for the operations.
Fracking requires a high-pressure injection of water, sand, and chemicals into a horizontal well. The pressure

Amid the whirlwind of hulking equipment, double-decker booths and massive video displays on the Offshore Technology Conference exhibition floor, there are many attendees with serious business in mind. ...
... Alexander Lopez, a drilling manager for Petronova, of Colombia, was looking for products. He was trying to find solutions for exploration and production businesses that he could later sell to interested parties in Colombia.
A specific oil and water separation system, by Enviro Voraxial Technology, had grabbed his interest, Lopez said after walking away from the company’s booth.
“That’s a really good one and I’m pretty sure it’s cheaper than the conventional things we are using,” he said.

Team Voraxial developed a high "g" force continuous flow machine designed to separate large volumes of fluids based on their different densities. Its trademarked Voraxial impeller produces a vortex in which the heavier fluid-water-is meant to be drawn to the outside, while the lighter fluid-oil-is drawn to the center.
The Voraxial Technology introduced by Al Abrar Petrogas has significantly contributed to combat oil spillage and treat contaminated water
Al Abrar Petrogas has introduced Voraxial Technology as an innovative solution for recovering oil from oil spills and produced water used by oil producing companies. The use of this technology will protect water resources, ground water and sea water from contamination. It was tested during the Gulf of Mexico spillage and the results surprised many people. The technology will also help oil producers and refineries which dump produced water or waster into Oman Sea to treat such wastes and meet environment standards. It will be of great importance to dry dock ports where there are a lot of oil spills by ships which come for services. This technology will be able to treat the water and recover the oil and return the clean water back to the sea. Voraxial Technology also helps in reducing CO2 emissions as it uses less power and energy.
The Voraxial is efficient as a liquid/liquid, liquid/solid or liquid/liquid/solid separator. The Voraxial Separator is a compact, 2-way or 3-way separator that is able to process large volume of liquids with a small footprint and without any pressure loss. The Voraxial produces a high centrifugal force and generates a vortex to separate a mixture of fluids or a combination of fluids and solids by their different densities. The heavier elements are drawn to the outside of the vortex while the lighter materials are drawn toward the centre, forming the central core of the vortex. A specially designed manifold is utilised at the exit of the separation chamber to collect the separated streams.
The Voraxial® Separator was the only separation equipment featured at the four-day environmentally focused show. A lobby display was assembled for attendees who could not be present during Mr. DiBella's presentation.
