clean frac water voraxial technology separatorNew Voraxial® Order - Oil & Gas Sector for Produced Water Treatment

December 15, 2015 Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that the Company recently shipped its high volume Voraxial® 4000 Separator. The Voraxial will be installed at a salt water disposal facility to purify the wastewater generated during oil and gas production. The equipment will be used for 3-way separation of oil/sand/water.

The Voraxial 4000 Separator System, a multi-step, turnkey process that is capable of cleaning the water to approved discharge limits at rates up to 500 gallons per minute (GPM), will be primarily used to separate both oil and solids from produced water, frac, flowback water. Operators and disposal facilities are seeking advanced technologies to reduce the cost and increase the separation efficiency of treating the wastewater produced during oil and gas production. EVTN believes that the Voraxial® technology can provide valuable performance solutions that may assist the industry in more efficiently meeting some of the challenges resulting from its rapid growth and success.

EVTN manufactures 4 different models with its largest model, the Voraxial 8000 Separator, capable of processing up to 5,000 gallons per minute. Customers with high water volume are keenly interested in this model as it significantly reduces the overall cost of processing their fluid stream, including acquisition, installation and operating costs.

EVTN Announces Voraxial® Shipment for Oil Spill Response

May 28, 2015 Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that it has recently shipped a Voraxial 4000 Separator to a leading and highly recognized oil spill recovery organization.

The order comes after multiple tests that confirmed the performance ability of the Voraxial Separator to efficiently separate oil from water. The tests were centered on the inlet oil concentration rates fluctuating from 5% to 20%. Other projects have also demonstrated efficient separation at lower and higher oil concentrations.

This order represents another important step toward the introduction of Voraxial enabled, next generation oil spill response and recovery vessels that can effectively contain and recover larger volumes of oil from major spills. Typically, the skimmed oil/water mixture captured on the vessels consists of a very high percentage of water, in some cases over 95%. By installing the con't

EVTN Announces Voraxial® Order for Produced Water Treatment

March 26, 2015. Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that it has recently shipped a Voraxial 4000 Separator for a produced water / wastewater treatment project. The Voraxial® Separator will be installed for onshore wastewater treatment that includes produced water, slop oil and runoff water from various locations. EVTN believes there is a high potential for multiple repeat orders over the next several years.

Since the Voraxial® doesn't require a pressure drop, it can be easily retrofitted into an existing system.

The characteristics of the Voraxial® Separator, including small footprint, low energy requirements, high separation efficiencies and ease of installation and operation, provides the operators an efficient and cost-effective solution to treat their produced water. Additionally, the Voraxial® can be supplied within a complete turnkey system to treat a variety of fluid streams to reduce the customers treatment cost and increase the separation efficiency.
